This two day course on ‘Machine Learning’ aims to describe the fundamental and foundation level topics in machine learning. Machine learning is an emerging and ever-changing field that plays a pivotal role in multi-billion dollars analytics industry of 21st century. This course is a combination of both theory and practical component and is up to date with latest trends in machine learning.
 

Introduction:

This is a comprehensive course that provides with an introduction to machine learning. Various topics such as model building, model selection, feature engineering, etc. are discussed. It also highlights procedures for training and testing machine learning models and useful information on interfacing with the data, data wrangling and data pre-processing.

It also provides introduction to emerging topics such as deep learning, representation learning and deep reinforcement learning. The course has a strong practical component. Each topic discussed is illustrated with in corresponding laboratory.
 

Target Audience:

The course is perfect for individuals with computer science or related background. This course is ideal for software engineers, developers, database-professionals, etc.
