Adelard ASCE User Training

Adelard's Assurance and Safety Case Environment (ASCE) is a powerful, flexible and intuitive system for development and maintenance of assurance cases and delivery of assurance case reports.

This course is designed to familiarise students with the basic functionality provided within the ASCE software tool.

This course provides students with the skills required to generate and manage assurance and safety cases within ASCE.

The course provides an overview of the assurance and safety case concept, including the graphical notations which are used in the Goal Structured Notation (GSN) and Claims-Arguments-Evidence (CAE) featured in ASCE.

At the end of the course, students will be able to competently create and manage safety cases generated within ASCE, including the use of hyperlinks, importing of information, user views, table views and the basic exporting functionalities provided by ASCE.
